The department provides commercial legal advice to companies and corporations, including establishing business ventures, cooperation agreements between shareholders, share purchase/sale agreements, issuance of private shares and investment agreements, including in high-tech companies.

The department represents acquirers, sellers and investors in many types of corporate transactions. We represent founders and owners who wish to sell their company or invite investors. In such transactions, we maintain our “Win-Win” ideology.
