Adv. Ofer Pick is highly experienced in representing acquirers, sellers and investors in many types of corporate transactions. Adv. Ofer Pick has also accumulated a wealth of experience in representing company founders and owners who wish to sell their company or invite investors.
Adv. Ofer Pick provides legal corporate advice to corporations, including establishing business ventures, cooperation agreements between shareholders, share purchase/sale agreements, issuance of private shares and investment agreements. Adv. Ofer Pick counsels to companies based both in Israel and abroad, including high-tech companies, and provides them with a myriad of commercial legal services, including, IP purchase/sale agreements, distribution agreements, agencies and product development.
Adv. Ofer Pick also represents his clients in the courts and in business arbitration proceedings. The disputes adv. Ofer Pick handles are often highly complex, involve significant amounts of money, and pertain, among others, to corporate power struggles, shareholder and partner disputes, including in high-tech companies, as well as IP, cyber law and defamation litigation.
Adv. Ofer Pick has 31 years of experience practicing law. He began his career as an associate in Danziger, Klagsbald & Co., and served as a partner in Yaacov Shinman & Co. (ret. Central District Court Judge) until late 1997.
From 1998 to 2008, adv. Ofer Pick managed a private practice, and in 2008 founded the firm Pick – Peleg & Co., that focused on commercial law, litigation, crisis management and aviation.
