Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes is a partner in the firm and heads the Surrogacy and New Families and the Inheritance and Estate Administration departments.

Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes relies on many years of experience in the lands and inheritance practice areas in managing pre-inheritance and guardianship disputes. Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes is regularly appointed by family courts for various positions (estate administrator, legal guardian, etc.) in complex cases that require the amalgamation of knowledge from different fields, as well as experience in managing intergenerational family disputes. 

Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes provides our client legal counsel and representation in court, in a myriad of legal matters, among which are relationship agreements, parenting agreements, surrogacy, both in Israel and abroad, parenting orders, adoption, legal guardianship, estates, inheritance disputes, etc.

Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes possesses unique and rich experience in these matters. She has deep knowledge of the state bodies and committees in charge of these processes, is experienced in working with them, and regularly appears before them in order to uphold rights and fair policy.

Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes’ long standing personal familiarity with surrogacy agencies and lawyers abroad enables her to provide a personal and professional legal counsel to parents-to-be in surrogacy processes abroad, on their journey to extend their family and achieve legal recognition of the surrogacy process in Israel.

Prior to her joining our firm, adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes has been the head of a private practice focusing on her areas of expertise.

Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes holds LL.B and M.A. in Hebrew literature (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Ayelet Tresser-Awes was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1999.
