Attorney Oren Shaharbani is a senior attorney in our firm’s Litigation Department and Dispute Resolution Department.

Oren Shaharbani joined our firm in 2026. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, including commercial and corporate litigation and insolvency proceedings. His practice includes advising and representing leading clients in the Israeli market, including public companies, major private companies, directors and officers, as well as court-appointed officeholders. Oren has also been involved in some of Israel’s largest and most significant legal proceedings in these fields, including arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Prior to joining our firm, Oren gained substantial experience as an attorney at some of Israel’s leading commercial litigation firms.

Oren Shaharbani holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2012) and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in Commercial Law (2018).

Attorney Oren Shaharbani was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013.
